Dizi – Traditional Persian Lamb Stew
Dizi is a classic Persian dish made with tender lamb and lamb tail fat, slow-cooked with chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and a blend of traditional Persian spices. Served in a traditional stone pot, the rich broth is traditionally enjoyed with bread, while the tender ingredients are mashed together to create a hearty and flavorful dish. A true taste of authentic Persian cuisine.
